Central Job was born from a double reality experienced by its founder.
On one side, that of a newcomer to Montreal looking for his first job and thinking: “It would be so much simpler to see at a glance all the available positions around me.”
On the other, that of the same individual who later became a recruiter in industry and manufacturing, realizing how extremely costly posting job offers could be for companies.
These two observations gave birth to a platform built around a single principle: simplification.
